Coach Smyrniotis:
"Remere is a long-time member of our A1 squad who has played with some of our former players including Kyle Bekker, Emery Welshman and Jerome Baker. Remere has been able to learn from some of the finest to come out of SIGMA and in turn has been able to flourish in the last season as a leader bringing experience to his younger teammates. I would like to thank him and his parents for their dedication to SIGMA and above all to working hard on and off the field. Remere will definitely be a success at Quinnipiac

University under the direction of Coach Eric DaCosta. Above all I look forward to his encounters with teammate Lucas Guerriero and his match with Kyle Bekker and Boston College".

In his own words:
"My choice of university was Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. I felt a personal connection with this school as they upheld an accredited business and English program with a small school feeling. They valued a possessive yet direct attacking style with many international players. I felt that the exposure that Sigma provided me over my long relationship with them allowed me to improve my game in many aspects, both mentally and physically. The preparation Coach Bobby provides has shown me what to expect at the next level.

It was always my dream to play at the NCAA Division I level. I look forward to pursuing my degree and the possible opportunity at the national level."
